    DRM *.wma files

What do you think about the DRM protection on wma files?

4 months unlimited free downloads from Rhapsody does me no good if I can't do crap with them on any other computers....

However, I'm learning that Winamp with an extra plugin may be my next best friend, anyone know anything about this?

Probably the easiest way to get around DRM on wma files is to just burn them onto CD, and then rip them into an unprotected format (mp3, ogg, etc.) - however, you're going to lose quality doing it this way.

I'd recommend just going and downloading an unprotected version of the song - it's unlimited downloads for free forever :)

Has anyone had success using the old Winamp version of the in_wm.dll plugin, from like pre-2.60 release versions of winamp?

It's hard to resist 4 months free unlimited though from Rhapsody, you know???!!! I actually feel sorry for them giving away 4 months like that. Well, not really.....
