couple of my personal faves are torrentspy, torrentdamage and mininova..seem to get kick ass speeds off those...but not no newsgroup speeds..lol

torrentbytes by zeroday stuff which is movies, music, scene releases.
They have no reward program. So no one can be a leech. You share what they upload or you get longer wait times and possibly ban if your ratio drops too low. In which alot of people keep their ratios up by uncapping their bandwidth. YOu can easily max out your bandwidth with no more then 4-5 seeders and 100-200 leechers. People jump on torrents right away and keep sharing for 4 weeks later in which the torrent dies. =(
