    Help with WINMX

Hi there: I had to reinstall WinMix but only a few of a list of uncompleted files appear when I press 'load incomplet". so that only those have a chance to get completed. The rest is ,so to say, "lost". The same happened with the uncompleted files I had with DC++. Could somebody help to reactivate those" lost" files?
    Thanks. lonchon

Well, when you reinstalled WinMX, did the "downloads" folder get changed? All your incompletes may still be sitting in a different folder. If you can find that folder and either move those to your new downloads folder, or tell WinMX where that folder is, you can probably get them back.

Yah maybe if you start your own damned thread and stop skimming off someone else.

Are you behind a router, or do you have a firewall on your computer? If so, you need to go into your options in winmx, find out the two ports that are being used, and open them up on your firewall or router (which has a built in firewall).
