    Death Cab for Cutie

I'm not too sure how many people out there listen to Death Cab for Cutie... it is a mellow rock/emo band. They have very powerful lyrics and they music just amazes me. Their new CD is coming out very soon, I downloaded a couple of the songs and was just amazed, I am forced to purchase this cd to support the band. A song on their new album entitled "I will follow you into the dark" almost brought me to tears. They are honestly that good. If you guys don't listen to them currently, you should give them a try.....

just a reminder, the singer from Death Cab is also in a "band" called the Postal Service, which I also absolutely love... only its more of a synth band.... give them a try guys, you wont be disappointed

Yes I like this band. That's saying something coming from me as my favorite band right now is Tool and A system of a Down.

"Plans" is their new album. I got the whole album exactly 24 days ago from this here alt.binaries.sounds.mp3.indie but I imagine I just might buy the thing as soon as they finally do release it.

I've tried for years to understand what people see in this band.
I'm not a closed-minded music listener either... I like me some weird shit.

They've never really impressed me, but I keep listening anyways.

Meh, they are ok but his voice just does my head in. Looking for good lyrics try Saul Williams or Cursive..
