This is some old school rap. You can tell by the beat and lack of vulgarity, but its a pretty tight song. It got a fast beat and the rapper doesn't really change his pace throught the song. There is a female voice in the background repeadly going "ooooohhhh, ohhhh mmmmmmm" second verse starts "here we go - from the top - second verse of the same song - with the conclusion should i be happy for the ding dong" He mentions 92 (the year). Chorus is something similar to "do the ditty ditty again cause then i can see you ditty do bop" something like that. A friend said it sounded like Warren G but it isn't, i don't think. Any help would be appreciated.

Run DMC is my guess.. Not alot of rappers where on the scene in 92. Or not on the radio at least as much as in 95.
