Dbpoweramp is the best choice. It's a right-click conversion tool as easy as pie to use amd you can download every possible codec tool for it, including OGG. Codec list here for you!

Go here to download - http://www.dbpoweramp.com/

You really shouldnt convert it over, but basically download in MP3 if thats what you need. Converting it will subsquently lose some quality, even if its a 192 ogg to 192mp3.

Yeah true! OGG is a very good format but the problem is MP3 is nearly universal, OGG should be put everywhere too (aka iPods and all MP3 players)

Do you have mostly Mp3's on your pc or OGG files? Remember that the scene release group has to release it in Mp3 format so there more available then hunting down ogg files.

I'm going to agree with shawners on this one. Converting files from a compressed format to another compressed format is a bad idea. You will notice a loss of quality sometimes dramatically. Your best option is download the album in MP3 format, or lossless then convert to mp3.

Funny I never notice a difference and have been doing it quite often for a long time. Maybe its just me. Audacity is another good way to convert, and you can actually improve sound quality. Yes there is a Windows port (just in case you wondered).
