which program do you use for private sharing with friends?
you can choose more then one choice.
btw i believe icq does resume, so i would choose that.

to a mod please add irc to the list.

i use to use yahoo messenger the current one limits me to 100 mg files so i have to use msn to send to other computer on my network, but if i was to use it to share with others i would use msn, or icq and aim.

icq because it resumes files.

yousendit.com allows you to send files up to 1GB

datapickup.com allows you to send files up to 1.5 GB

Aim the odd time but I often had firewall trouble. I have 500Mb on a free FTP through my ISP and I use that in conjunction with CuteFTP. Also I use yousendit.com since youshareit.com changed to megaupload which totally sucks ass!

ICQ is still the best for file transfers and resuming, I also use Cerberus FTP Server to let people browse a large selections, as in folders with 60GB of jpop etc

for that spur of the moment and small files while chatting i use miranda and but for an all out sharing and on a regular basis with several friends.. WASTE.
