    Question how to convert xvid, divxMpg4 v3, divx codec to DVD

    Hi folks,

    I have 3 questions, PLEASE HELP

    1) Can anyone help me how to convert a downloaded movies to DVD please. I have downloaded 3 movies with the following video compression formats respectively.

    1. xvid
    2. divxMpg4 v3
    3. divx codec

    2) when I play one of the above movie with video compression format XVID, it plays fine but the people in the movie shake back and forth as if they have a disease called Alzheimer’s

    3) which software should i use to convert/burnt the movies to DVD? if possible please guide me step by step

    first off, before you do anything go here:

    This has EVERYTHING. You will find out that there are many different ways to convert things. Personally, I use WinAVI (http://www.winavi.com/) because its VERY VERY FAST encoding. Its not the VERY best quality but its still a dam good picture. Plus its extremely easy to use. It converts and burns, tho Ive never used the burning feature. I use Nero for that.
