suprisingly despite winamp users only it still works on any media player including itunes just enter http://shoutcast.easyshellz.com:8000 into the url and it will work.
also anyone trying to download the show and gets redirected back to this article instead has to enter

Ever thought of releasing it via RSS feed like a lot of other podcasts.
we did have one set up but we are tweakign things at this point
