I don't even use current versions, only use the "100+ day" versions...that way I know it stood the test of time...
Still using 2.2.0.2, but ya don't use betas for the reason that they constantly change; only even version numbers for me :D
I think I've had trouble with 1-2 beta versions of Azureus. They are usually rock solid.
