Thinking of making a torrent tracker

Im new to this, I have been thinking about setting up a retro game site, mostly abandonware... i have considered making a torrent tracker for the older abandonware, and dos floppy games.. Nothing that would be under license..

anyhow my real question is, whats teh best tracker, i would like to find one that does not use any mysql databases... if there is such a thing.
