Slow-ish download with green smileys! Help!

I suppose I can't complain too much, I am getting about a 40kbs download, but I am downloading a 2 gig file and I know I can get much faster than this. I have green smileys on all my downloads.

I have attached a screen shot of the file I am downloading. If anyone else needs anymore information, let me know. I just wish I could increase the download speed.

And should I be uploading THAT must more than I download? What should the ratio be?

(Note that the image has been modified for size and the file name removed but all other information is the same.)

i don't see anything wrong with your screencap, your upload is a bit higher than your upload and you have ~30k down, not super fast, but if the torrent is relatively new you could be hitting the edge of what is available on most node and waiting for data to filter in from the seeders that have what you need.

at 30k down you are fine, if it slowed to 3k then get worried
