Exclamation Help...DL speeds fine, but not UL speeds

I dont know whats wrong, I know for a fact my max UL speed is 120kB/s, but lately I been getting a max of maybe 10-20kB/s.

My DL speeds are fine, Im still getting stuff a nice fast speeds, I use ABC 2.6.9 and have all the settings right, I have no firewall or routr on my system, so I know its not that.

I guess my Q is, is there something wrong with my system, or is it just that I am only connecting to slow users?

    Please help!

Upload speed really helps in some programs, like BT.

I know upload speed is important, but he said his downloads are great. To see someone complain about their upload speed strikes me as mildly amusing.

Upload speed can be important to maintain good ratios at private trackers ;-)

You should do the usual things of course. Make sure the XP firewall is off, or that an exception is made for your client. Check your settings in ABC. Check them again.

Try increasing the max number of connections. I haven't used ABC in a while, so I can't remember if it has per torrent UL settings.
