Total speed: 300kb/s DL/UL speed: 15kb/s
Right now I'm using ABC and I'm getting an average dl/ul speed of about 15kb/s(30 max), but for some reason my total speed is at over 300kb/s. I haven't gotten a lot of speed so I've limited my upload speed to 7kb/s. I've done all the firewall/port forwarding configurations to get the color green, but it only improved from the previous 2kb/s dL speed.
So I guess my questions are: Is this normal on BT? Is it necessary to upload more than 7kb/s? Is ABC a poor client?
thx.

Back to business!
The more you upload with the bt, the quicker the downloads are, thats the way bt works! Max you uploads and see what happens!

I've set uploading to unlimited & my dL are lingering at 20kb/s at the moment? How long will it take for my DL to get a moral boost?

Bittorrents only get faster so be patient, it also depends on the number of seeders and leechers!
