    Unhappy Mapping Ports

Has anyone here had any success with mapping ports through an Arescom 800 DSL modem (provided by MSN)? Arescom won't make the software available on their site so I'm stuck in a rut. It'd be nice to see my Upload speeds on WinMX match what I'm capable of using mail or instant messanger clients.

I am in need of mapping ports so that I can use a Primary connection rather than a Secondary connection.
Sorry I did not clarify that earlier.

I will try the "suggestions" you gave.

If I knew how to do a port scan, I would. MSN won't give me a way to access my modem hardware firewall so I can't "see" where I need to go with things.
