if you want better speeds... find something that is well seeded and set your upload for 5/6 of the total ul speed. Then get a good torrent client. ABC and Azureus are both good.
"There's a passage I got memorized. Ezekiel 25:17... I been sayin' that shit for years. And if you ever heard it, it meant your ass. I never really questioned what it meant. I thought it was just a cold-blooded thing to say to a motherfucker before you popped a cap in his ass. But I saw some shit this mornin' made me think twice… The truth is you're the weak. And I'm the tyranny of evil men. But I'm tryin', Ringo. I'm tryin' real hard to be a shepherd."

I realy doubt that the thing actualy works. Any espped you get comes from other users. So like wingnut said, find something with a good amount of seeds.

It can't be effective unless it finds better torrents for you.

I've tried it. It's more of an optimizer than an accelerator from my experience. My max before I tried it was 35kb/s, but my speed can go as low a 1kb/s. With the BT engine, I got a max of 40 kb/s, and my speed doesn't drop below 25kb/s.
It isn't a scam, but it is now worth 25$ in hard earnings in my opinion.

Azurues is awesome, i highly suggest it.

If you are behind a router make sure you are forwarding a port for whatever p2p app youa re using.

More than 60% of "broadband" users are behind a router. Two people behind a router cannot connect, also people behind routers general have a smaller que.

Queue? Not sure what you mean by that.

I think what it does is configure your firewall to allow you connect to more seeds and peers.. and probably sending data back to them that your upload is twice that.. In which their client sees the more upload speed you have, thus making the download speed for you higher.
