Anybody using Swap Magic for their PS2 backups? Does it work alright, would you reccommend it? I know I am probably better getting a mod chip but I don't want to mess up my PS2 by doing a crappy job soldering.
Also, Swap Magic seems to be quite cost effective as it is only like £20 for a flip top case and the Swap Magic discs.
Is there anything I should know before I buy it? Are there lots of games which dont work with it?
Are there other alternatives like non-solder mod chips, and are these any good? Another reason I would get Swap Magic is because I can buy it off ebay whereas I think they have banned mod-chips.
Thanks

i have the swap magic disk system, works great, just learn HOW to do the slide card, it took me a few times until i went online and saw it being done, its doenst really tell you how to do it when you get it.
Thanks SrBrunox, I thought nobody was going to answer so I went ahead and bought it anyway :D Glad to see I haven't wasted my money :D
Also, do most PS2 back-ups fit onto regular 4.7gb discs or are there some which I'd need to make use of dual layer?
Thanks
