Error when trying to install Kazaa..pls help

Everytime i click the kazza installer i get this message " We have detected a problem with your computer which is possible caused by a current or previous installation of a non-certified kazaa branded product. Would you like us to attemp to fix the problem? I click fix and it says error fixing problem, kazaa installer will now close..is this being generated because im using limewire already..i did a regedit and didnt find any kazaa values..nothing except the installer? Any thought? thanks

Where did you get your version of Kazaa? Go ahead and remove it and scan you pc for spyware.
If you desperately want to connect to the fastrack network you can get Kazaa Lite Resurrection at

LImewire should run along with Kazaa just fine

Heres what you do:

Take it as a sign from God and throw kazaa away first then go here and find a better client to use.

the first link ..i downloaded the program and it says its corrupt..i dl another copy of the kazaa installer and get the same problem. Im not sure..

Actually i got the ressurection program installed but the bad ip updater isnt working keeps saying IPdb not found and i cant get to the home page using the program..seems like its not connecting.

the bad ip url has moved, you need to edit updater.ini
the new URL is:

not to sound like a totally "newbie" but what do i do with all those address's? select all and copy into the ini?

well since i don't use resurection i don't know the path or name of your block file, but here is the updater.ini i use
