    couldn't you use windows scheduling to start and stop a P2P program at the desired times?

    Alternatively, you could use somthing like azureus and a bandwith scheduling program, setting the day time bandwith to 0.

    i agree 100% if i buy a comp and just turn it on, and never touch it im sure it will run forever. i never reninstall windows . only if i get a really bad trojan or virus that fuck me up. reinstalling isnt good it messes up ur h/d
