Error negotiating (Error 314)
This error appears to a user trying to download from me.
OpenNap protocol, same client 3.3, speed throttle at 400ms.

Does anybody know the cause of this error?

He has the same problem with many connections and often the files are truncated at a few bytes from the end.
May Windows XP be responsible?
