    Exclamation Nintendo Revolution!

Just some shots of their approaching system released...

Nintendo's planning on using a full size disc (120mm) with DVD movie features, Gamecube backwards compatability, 512MB flash data-storage, Wi-Fi communication, Bluetooth, and wireless controller conectability all in a slimline case that's smaller than any other console they realesed before says Iwata (Nintendo representative)

More details are comming soon, Nintendo's not realeasing specific details nor and hints on the controller. They only said that the console is not about sheer processing power as it's concept will bypass the gap. They were quoting that the processing power would be in the range of 2-3 times more powerful than the Gamecube...

Although I'd have to say Revoulution so far this looks pleasing, and I hope they keep that slimline design or improve on it...

I've always been a Nintendo fan, I have the GameCube, but I have to see the specs first. If it can't play regular computer media over ethernet ports like XBOX2 and PS3, then I might pass on this one.

I've had every Nintendo system since NES....

Can't believe how small it is. Nice to know it's backwards compatible.

So they'll be offering ROMs as paid downloads probably.... I wonder how much they want you to pay for 8-bit Contra...?

well you'll have 512MB to store those ROMs, someone will probably make a hack to get foreign emulators on it...they always do...

You mean foreign ROMs? ok, well maybe a foreign emulator becuase the built in ones will probably control the security of what ROMs you want to play... I dunno, Nintendo has always been really tight on their IP, this one might be tough to crack....

Cool idea anyway, I wonder if the duck hunt gun will still work...;)

Revolution will offer gamers the opportunity to purchase and download every game that's appeared on the NES, SNES, N64

That and the online Super Smash Brothers & online Final Fantasy has made me very interested in getting one.

I know that none of the systems are out yet, but it looks like Sony has won again, even though it's not releasing first.
