    Blinking Yellow - No Green Light

    Been having trouble connecting here in Quito, Ecuador for the past 2 days. I get the blinking yellow light but no connection is established (no green). Uninstalled the latest version and reinstalled it but things did not improve. Any thoughts on getting connected?
