I have a 11.8meg file of our child up at the hospital, its too big to send to friends and family. Its only a minute long and 11.8megs.. What software or program do you use to convert to a smaller size. I know it will lose some quality but like to know.
Thanks again!
Oh tonight, Ethan went through and had heart surgery for a valve that was not closing on its own. Went pretty good and he is sedated and sleeping tonight.

I finally got virtualdub to work. Had to redo some stuff on it to compress it right. I was messing with it and it was compressing it so bad and it looked awful. Thanks for your help. The folks dont have too fast of internet access to download 12megs, and sometimes these sites limit how many can download that file before it leaves. I made it to 5.4megs without too much loss.
