since i assume u r referring to an open/slavanap server..The idea of hijacking winmx wpnp for a vpn isnt out of question, but is out of the scope of a simple reply.
i would suggest opennap vs slavanap bc 3.3 (all post 2.6 versions) seem to have issue with slavanap.
