    Problem with TMPGEnc

    Hey guys,

I've got another dvd I've been sorting but I've come across another problem. I've got the files encoded and converted to MPEGs using 'guiffmpeg' and 'TMPGEnc' but there are two parts to the dvd and they've been split into 4 parts when encoding.

So part one is in two parts and part two is in two parts.

I went to merge part 1.1 and 1.2 using the 'merge and cut' tool in 'TMPGEnc' and it merged but without sound. What am I doing wrong? The twos seperate parts have sound so why is the sound being cut when I merge them?

I'd be really greatful if someone could tell me how to correct this.

When I'm trying to merge mpeg files, I use TMPGEnc XPress, it's easier.

simple, rip the audio from your original copies of part one and two and add them to your new parts one and two when you are done encoding. See these guys for more detailed help, www.videohelp.com , www.doom9.org
