Imagine a BIt torrent site where people can upload any album, discography at a minimal byte rate of 192kbs.. and imagine alot of users who are scattered all across this great world that have access to bootlegs, cd singles, newsgroups releases, Uk bonus tracks on some albums, rare stuff, big selection of reaggae, trance, house, hip hop, rock, indie, alternative. None of these top 40 torrents you see on every single torrent index site. You can bookmark torrents to come back to when their is more seeders, you can make request in the hopes of someone filling it.. Alot of people do fill alot of request on a daily basis, great support forums. You can also upload zero day apps, programs. Its the best music site out there.

Well actually it was only to people who invited people who really contributed to the site. No one I invited used their invites. One person hasnt even downloaded anything at all off oink.

Doesn't seem like much is enforced there, however. I see releases at 128 every so often, but on the whole, the releases are of good quality and of a wide variety. It's too bad that the average joe still doesn't use LAME -APS though.

Much is enforced, as 192kbs is of constant byte rate, and most do 192 variable where it reaches 220.
