By definition of a private network so no one can get sued, you can't just ask for access.

Yep that is the main problem with Waste, you can't get into the private networks, and the public ones are no safer then anything else.

You can start your own Waste network and try to get all your friends on it and ask your friends to get their friends on it.
(Main problem: your network never gets really big)

Or you can join one of the public networks, make friends, and hope to be invited to a real private network.
(Main problem: really slow and not worth it.)

And if you ever do get either of those to work you find out that DC works better, has faster speeds, nicer group chat for friends and it just as safe as Waste when you are on a private hub.
(Main problem: DC private hubs are even harder to get into then private Waste networks)
