    Google given DCMA

I was searching for more Aline Matos pics . . (hell maybe a phone number) and guess what I found in the search results!

Perfect10.com sent a letter to Google last year

In response to a complaint we received under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we have removed 1 result(s) from this page. If you wish, you may read the DMCA complaint for these removed results.

I wish if lawyers lost a case, they lost their license to ever practice law. Maybe lawyers and crap wouldnt be so gungho about getting a DMCA put out.

Lets think about that logic for a second. If every lawyer that lost a case lost thier license to practice, then every case would signal the end of one lawyer's career. Now, lets say that the average lawyer goes to court once every two months. at that rate, there would be only 1/64 of the original number of lawyers within the timespan of one year. Now lets say that there are one million lawyers in the US (just a random guess). within 20 months, there would be just one lawyer left in the whole US. Now, all that is assuming that no new lawyers would come into the picture, but if that situation were real, the likelyhood of anyone wanting to go into a field with less than a 2% annual success rate is highly unlikely. Furthermore, existing lawyers would likely do whatever is possible to avoid going to court. As a result of all of this, the legal system in this country would grind to a halt, and chaos would likely ensue.

Sorry to dig into your statement like that, but statements like that really irk me.

A better alternate would be to fine lawyers more vigorously...

They make enough money from making peoples lives miserable... there should be some sort of penalty when they go OTT and push things beyond reason.

But too many ex-lawyers are now politicians, too many lobby for big-business which in turn has the government by the balls. So.. if anything... expect more frivilous lawsuits and more lives to be ruined by greed. - it's the way forward.. apparently.
