if you need a 24 pin power supply for your sli gaming rig here you go look no further.for the price you wont find any better.i"ve had mine now for 3 months without a problem.save your money for better system memory and buy this power supply .

WOW! I replaced my Powmax 400 watt p/s which had kicked the bucket after only a few weeks, and i have to say, this is a great p/s. It has plenty of connectors and stays really cool.

This is by far the nicest looking/feeling supply I've ever purchased....

It's pretty heavy: lots of inductors, heatsinks and capacitors inside- not to mention that monster fan!

The fan control switch on the back has 3 settings: [H]igh, [A]uto, and [L]ow. There is a sticker on the supply that says:
"FAN CONTROL"
"INNER TEMPERATURE"
"95F FAN-1000 RPM"
"77F FAN-780 RPM"
"64F FAN-750 RPM"

This supply is BTX form factor ready, so hopefully it should have some good longevity with BTX boards just beginning to come out now. And as shown in the picture it comes with a BTX to ATX power adapter.

Also, in the pictures this supply almost looks like it has a glossy black finish, but instead mine has a nice shiny silver chrome-looking finish.

Only bad thing is that the supply is made in China.

So far I'm definitely impressed, and Newegg quickly processed and shipped my order so I got it a day early!

i bouught this to replace my old 350 watter and WOW. this is a GREAT BUY. just make sure you do something like wear rubber glove as to not get finger prints on it while installing it.

my friend ordered it for me, he said "trust me" so i didnt know what to expect. when i opened it up i thought i got the wrong item. this thing looks worth way more than it costs, the finish is sweet! anyway, it is whisper quiet compared to my old PSU and can handle anything i can throw at it. i'm about to order another one for my other computer. great buy!

Excellent PSU, i was running so many fans in my system (about 10 or so) and my old PSU was only 350 W (bad combo there) Now with this 500 W PSU, i can throw in anything that i wanted. It's cool because it has the MoBo wires in Heat-Shrink wraping and the molex connectors are all black (very sexy). NewEgg Rocks. Fast delivery! 3 days.

yes definitly go with 500w as 350 is really border line mostly with all the recent vid card that are connecting directly to the psu
