I had that problem on my laptop, it ended up being my hard drive. I'd reccomend checking your computer components.

Lets make this short and sweet, its your NIC drivers, period.

Back to the question, what is the exact model of your network card, and have you searched for any updated drivers, or reinstalled the drivers for your card?

Finally, for bonus points, what O/S are you using? XP? XP Pro? SP2?

When my problem ocurred, It was because the fan was dead and everything was dying with the computer. I got the same error and everything. I wasn't even plugged into a network thing! I didn't need to do anything in perticular to get the error. It's just another microsoft error that is so vague that you can't find out until you really look at it.

ndis.sys is a part of the network subsystem in Windows XP. If the blue screen consistently shows that filename, it absolutely has something to do with the network adapter [driver] (but could also be a physical problem).

Can you tell me what drivers you reinstalled? Was it the driver_lan_realtek_81xx.exe?

"dynalink 200"? your not using this thru your USB are you!

What do you mean "changed master hard drive"?

I had the same message and problem tho not with Morpheus. Turned out to be Zone Alarm. If you're using ZA5, boot up in safe mode and rename vsmon.exe to something else. Re-boot as normal and uninstall ZA. Can't guarantee this'll work for you.
