    Torrent freezer

I am currently using bit tornado and have been having a problem. In the middle of a download it will just stop and the only way to get it started again is to shut it down and re download the torrent. Sometimes it only downloads for 15 minutes and then I have to reset over and over again until it completes. Please Help. I am using a firewall and I believe I have it configured it properly.
