How can I get to my BIOS?

I was hoping someone here could help me. I'm trying to get to my BIOS. I've got a dual boot system running Windows ME and 2000. When I was using a single operating system, I could get to the BIOS with the F8 key. Since I've started using a dual boot system It doesn't work.

I would be most greatful for any help.

If you wanna get to your system bios you usually hit del at the very beginning of your systems bootup. Like right after you turn on your machine.

I tried tapping the del key at startup and it doesn't seem to work. Then I tried F2 and that doesn't work either.

Is there something else I can try?

Do you remember what the name of the BIOS was? For example, was it Award BIOS, or Pheonix BIOS?

I believe it was Pheonix BIOS, but I'm not totally certain about that.

I'm surprised that pressing the delete key doesn't work.Maybe the delete key's broken or dirty?

Sit on the keyboard during boot and wiggle your booty around. Something is bound to happen.

it should be one of F* / F** keys.
Try each one to find out which will lead to the bios info.

I just had a brilliant idea.

Does your keyboard have some sort of F-Lock?

    I hate those things.
