Azureus download no peers no seeds

My problem is the following:
I was downloading a torrent(14GB), but i needed to do a pc restart. From that time i was unable to connect again to download that file. I can download others files with azureus but **** download doesn't proceeds. It does not detect any seed and peer for that torrent, and it gives me connection timeout on tracker checking. Nevertheless i can download perfectly others files. Is it possible tracker whent down definitly, but in that case shouldn't azureus detect any seed and peers?
Does anyone has any idea?
I have tried to download again the torrent info and start download several times.

First, don't name files. Edit that out.

Second, I guess the tracker went down, maybe permanently. Out of luck buddy.

How can i check always if a tracker is working well?

I guess you missed naming of files in the rules.its an importnt rule.

i m having a different sort of problem. right now i have 2 torrents active, but the problem is both are not exceeding 1.5KBps max, earliar they were working fine(i m on 128kbps, adsl). i use azureus and it connects to all the peers and seeds, it even uploads at the same speed as usual except for the d/l speed. wots wrong? anybody has any idea.

Try this.in tools.options.transfer.set the D/l to 1000 kb/s
And the U/l to say 10 Kb/s. that is telling azures to be very stingy.undo settings once downloaded.

Uve done what is required,i guess the films have stingy seeders/peers.try a diferent torrent.
