    P2P is already legal where I live. Sharing copyrighted material is the question. Would you pay to share copyrighted material, which I don't think is going to happen.

    If it were a simple monthly fee where everyone could share everything not just one thing like mp3's at a chitty quality I wouldnt mind footing the bill for like 10bux a month or so...

    It is more of a service then anything so it should be charged as a monthly service and charged accordingly because there are far better quality cable services out there that will provide me tons of movies to record to dvd or what have yah... And the same goes for radio hell there even tons of non paid programming for both music and video that offer decent but on the downside censored content which is paid for by ad revenue...

    well, P2P is legal, everywhere that I know of. And why would there be money involved, we already pay for internet access and we share our bandwidth and 1's and 0's off our harddisks with other people.
