Help with Foreign TV Shows ( Aussie Canada Britain NZ etc)

I am looking for a good place to post file requests. I am looking for a particular TV show based in Australia and another based in Canada and am having a hard time finding all of the episodes of a particular season and any at all of the other. I have scoured all of the different TV torrent sites (that I know of ) and am actually looking for a good messageboard somewhere that caters to people who trade in TV episodes ( maybe even the country of Australia Canada or NZ in particular ) Does anyone here have any suggestions on hunting down these episodes ( I have already tried the major P2P type software and have covered most of the torrent sites and search engines ( that I know of ) All suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Also is there any websites that would help americans with a quick overview of Foreign ( english speaking TV )

For example they would tell the name of the show and a quick synopsis of whats it's like and whats it similar too.

Maybe look somewhere EFnet for a channel about tvshows that runs a list of requests and fills to a newsgroup on the subject.

What are these Canadian and Austrailian shows anyway...I cld probably video tape a Canadian show for you...
