ok, here's the deal.
I want video streaming content that is only available in the us and canada. my region is blocked! is there a way that anyone can somehow record/burn/whatever the stream for me and then send it to me via a torrent etc.
i will pay someone in the us/canada who is willing and savvy enough to do it for me.
Anyone think it's possible?

the content is via internet right? If so, you could get access to a proxy service in the US or Canada, allowing you access to the sites you want. In your case, I'd go with a pay-service. The free services will suck for bandwidth-intense streaming videos. Also, you'll probably have a greater range as far as ports go with a pay service.
I too would like to know about recording/saving streaming video....
