What are some Optimal Settings for a 56K user?

I found a site that listed some and it made Shareaza work better than ever. But after a computer problem i had to reinstall Shareazaa and all the defalut settings. Would anyone know of a good site that list the Optimal Settings for a 56k user like me. Thanks.
