Non-Latin characters: sometimes "hieroglyphs" in titles

Hi,

first of all I must say that Shareaza is the BEST WINDOWS APP EVER!
I've never seen a tool able to input *and* digest non-Latin characters!
I was even able to search HEBREW songs in my Latin (ISO-8859-1) Windows system!
Seriously I'd never believed this would be possible one day!
Any Russians here? :)
Well, to get *all* applications "russified" with an European windows distribution, you do know that you must change your SYSTEM LOCALE (the very heart of your win32 gui system!) to possible screw up your system to total confusion, don't you?

Frankly, I have not the slightest clue why this works so nicely in Shareaza but is always doomed to fail in Kazaa!
Both Win32 apps, aren't they?

Anyway, there's just a slight step missing to perfection:
to always display titles correctly.
At this very moment, I'm browsing a Greek user with a lot of stuff written in Greek. I can read this, but some titles in MP3s would only appear in hieroglyphs. (âéiéý...)
Filenames would *always* appear correctly, though.
The Greek user told me that all characters appear correctly in his Greek windows.
I've also thought that it might be a problem of *small* Greek characters, but there were some titles with small characters displaying correctly, and some others didn't!

Is there any explanation for this odd thing?

It might be the software you are using, rather than windows itself.
