Hey,

I have been using Bit Torrent pretty much since the beginning, and i am sick and tired of the MPAA bullying Torrent Website's offline, In the effort to try and fight back, i have created AmbiTorrent.

We are in need of Uploaders, so if any of you want to help, please get intouch.

So how does this help fight back? We see post like yours twice a week, each one a clone of TB, each one claiming to be serious and the new #1 spot to get torrents, each one never heard of again.

What makes you different?

Hey,

Yes, but this is why Public Screenshots of the TB Source were released, so other people can continue to use this great system to help keep Bit Torrent alive, We need as many torrent site's as possible at the moment, with the MPAA trying to shut so many down....

Hey,

We have litterally just got up and running today with all the mods working, so it is still early days, but we do not want any leechers, we will be sorted through leech account from the start to make sure people always upload just as much as they download. We will also be stopping the member limit at 5,000 and implementing a Invite system, so users will have to use their invites wisely and only invite people they know will help our site.

To me fighting back is fixing the problem that is causing people to get sued and persued, not continuing to make the job simple for them so what does this site offer that other sites do not can you gaurentee the deletion or removal of all personal information. How is this site going to solve the problem as a whole besides standing your ground and getting shut down and sued?

To tell the truth I'd be a little learry that the MPAA itself would start up websites for bit torrent as a sting type operation to bust all the uploaders...

But hey whatever works if people like it and you like it dont let my opinon change yours.

Hey,

Yes i know we cannot stop them going on their rampage and sueing ramdon people who use P2P, but at least why not try and fight back, they dont want us to downloading these files, so why not download as much as we can, stand tall and say NO You Cant Push Us Around, they can try and DDoS Attack AmbiTorrent as much as they want, but i promise you we won't go. Like i said any suggestions are welcome, as this is everyone's site.
