Azureus inconsistent upload health/speeds

I use Azureus and recently installed a new HD and tried migrating all my stuff from my other disk. I may have done something wrong. Anyways, I reinstalled Azureus and copied all my stuff over from the other disk and now when connected, the stuff I try seeding goes from yellow, to green, to yellow, to green over and over again. My upload speed fluctuate from 1K up to my limit of 20K. What do I do? I need to be able to share, right!? Thanks!

You're fine. That will happen. I have a connection at home, no ISP firewalls or blocked ports, no firewall on home machine, everything configured correctly... and stuff still fluctuates every once in a while. As long as you are UL'ing (and even reaching your max, so you say), don't worry about it.
