    Port Problem?

recently, i've been having problems with my dowloads. i'll start azureus and it'll download just fine until about 5 minutes later when all the download and upload speeds drop to 0. then my internet stops working, but im still connected and receiving just fine.

i also tried testing the port after this started happening and this is what comes up:
Testing port 16881 ... Unable to test because listening port is already
in use. Please stop all active torrents and restart Azureus.
    Then run this test again.

can anyone help me with this problem?

Could be a firewall or network issue still...

Windows Messenger does the same thing... The best thing to do is hook your modem up direct to your PC and then try... If you cant do that try running in the DMZ for a bit and see if the situation is the same..

Finally it could be firewall configurations.

Basic Network Problems is what it boils down to I doubt theres any magical driving force but... Maybe folks only have partial files for the files you are trying to download as well...
