Deepnet Explorer (Corporate Edition) can do all those IE based browsers and it has Floating Killer, Content Filter, and Phishing Alarm to warn you against scam websites but it's still IE so be careful because .exe loaders might get thru somewhere.. v1.4 is still in BETA.
