What is the FileSeeker at exlite.net about?

They seem to express that they abort to make the lite exeem, rather, they go for a project to release FileSeeker 1.0, what is that program about? Is it a superior program over exeem or else?

Yes, the name make me recall something with the same name already exist...
On their mainpage they said it is base on gnutella network, but "with its own network"..
However, if the FileSeeker is not using bittorrent as the download component, or using other new technology that can tackle large file transfer problem, just useless...
