1. Ants should send the search request to the direct neighbour with a direct ip to ip connection
2. This neighbour decides, if there is one hop or two hops used, and a random route with ants protocol and IDīs is done.
3. The destination node then sends it via g2 protocol to a g2 hub with ip to ip connection, which performs a new own g2 network (not connected to shareaza).
4. With the ID the search request is done, results are sent back (ID of the sharer, IP adress of the 1-2-hop-neighbour).
5. The requester gets the IP adress of the (one or tho hop) neighbour of the ID, hosting the wanted file.

When returning search results, the number of hops should be counted. The node with the file can randomly pretend to be the first, second or third hop. Only the third node stamps the search results with an IP address.
The node requesting the file then connects to the given IP, and the current ANts protocol can be used to find the first node from there. 1/3 of transfers would be direct, with never more than 2 proxies.

Gwren has stated you can not mix a secure protocole with and un-secure protocole, and so he will not do this. The net result will be a less secure system. I have seen and posted a screenshot of some pretty fast downloads on Ants anyway. So I do not think ants needs this. Rather ants just needs some further developements along the path it is going now.
however, this would be a very good idea for networks that use G2 to try.
Regarding counting hops or something, as info moves from one hop to the next it has no record of where it has been for a reason. This is how anonymity is maintained.

If the 2. generation protocol is only getting IDīs and remote shared libraries, it is possible.
We speak not of hybrid to shareaza now, but of an own g2 network protocol inside 3. generation.

this reaers only to bit torrent style downloading, so to a transfer protocol, But we need a **searching** system, as well for rare files. They are not found on ad hoc. Files every one has partials of are found, but we need a search meachanism: g2 with IDīs.

- guarantee,t hat EVERY file of a colony is indexed.
- the file is found in the queens colony with 3-5 hops
- the direct IP adresss of the queen is found very quick.
- the ID of the sharer
- the Filename
- the route- information from Queen to ants
- the IP adress of the queen.
