It's working at the moment. If it's full you can't connect and you have to wait until it is not full. There are more people using emule at the weekends so it's more likly to be full. If you are low-id you may be rejected if the server is nearly full, configure your equipment so your client can receive incoming connections.

well since eMule gets most it's sources through source exchange, it doesn't matter what server you connect to.
