SBC not working well with SP2, NAV & Zone Alarm

A week ago we installed SP2. Right away SBC shut down and we couldn't get on. I have called them 3 times for this problem in the past week. They keep telling me there's a problem with SBC, SP2, NAV and Zone Alarm. NAV and Zone Alarm keep disabling SBC. I tried finding some answers but came up empty. NAV is up to date except for the WMI update. I can't get it to install. Zone Alarm is up to date. Anybody have any safe suggestions to try to prevent this from continuing? Thanks.

SBC Requires you to update its software.. They sent me an email about it. Go to their home page =)
