Microsoft Gets Tough on Viruses
"Microsoft is making additional moves on the security front. Starting Tuesday of this week, end users can download the company's Malicious Software Removal Tool for free (compatible with Windows 2000 or later). This "new" tool is essen-tially an amalgamation of several of Microsoft's recently released malicious code removal solu-tions. It's downloadable from the Microsoft Download Center, or through Windows Update or Automatic Update."

Hard as ever and here to make you people believe...as long as there is one person to hold hope and dream...A GOD...will never die!
Recieved the update havent quite tried it out yet but much to my supprise it did say something along that lines when I was installing the update.
Kinda strange micrsoft removing spyware what will happen next.
But its obvious that this had to be a step that MS would have to take sooner or later to provide a better security OS to the end user considering the price that you have to pay for the OS and the competition between MS and LINUX based OS's are comming closer and closer as time moves forward I see more and more folks learning how to use linux OS.

I wonder why anyone believes any major corperation will develop software to remove all spyware/malware.. They do make software that removes all, except their own, which is usually bundled within the very same "removal" software that one has just installed.
-just a tip.
