    Arrow Banning

I'm new to this type of file sharing, question?!

Is there a HUB client that allows banning / adding quota / limiting a user?

I'm tired of ungrateful leech's, yet I do not want to deprive the majority of polite, and thankful file shares out there.

    Thanks.

banning can be done from pretty much any client, given that you have operator status. enforcing a share limit, and other things like that have to be done at the hub level.

I am pretty sure he means a system where you as a user can block another user from accessing your files.

I suppose you could use zone alarm or something to block access, or if you know how to operate peer guardian you could add the user to pg.
