Lately I've been using the most recent plain BT client from Bram's main site. When I need a more powerful client, I go with ABC.
My current setup stats (like anyone cares...):

    ASUS A8N32-SLI Motherboard
    AMD 4400+ Dual-Core CPU
    Windows Vista (Ultimate 32bit)
2 GB (2x1GB) Corsair XMS RAM
2x250 GB (in RAID 0) HDDs
EVGA GeForce 7950 GTX 512 MB
    Creative X-FI Fatal1ty XtremeGamer

    Also sporting a black MacBook
    Revision/Release 1
    Upgraded to 2GB RAM.

Bitspirit - like bitcomet except a better interface - comet is messed up. I seriously don't see why everybody likes azureus.

    I have used:
PTC (was okay for an early multi-torrent download but well surpassed by others now)...
BitTornado (sucked up resources for me.. liked it... but after using Azuerus... I don't like it!!)...
Shareaza (didn't like their torrent downloading... seemed to be getting much slower transfers than with Azureus)
Azureus (IMHO... the fastest and most configurable of the client's I've tried so far)

Still yet to see ABC but of those I've listed.. Azureus wins for various different reasons (speed, configurability, interface).

What is ABC coded in... and does it use a Java or Python core at all?? - I'm looking for a good torrent client.. BUT.. one coded in something native to windows (JVM sucks up too much resources for what it does)

[I'll check bitcomet and bitspirit out!!]

Azureus is the best but if you don't like Java then ABC is the next best.
