I want to have something like this made for me, how much do you think I'd have to pay someone to make this, and is there anyone in this community that is knowledgable enough to make it?

I don' t know if you misunderstood me, but what I meant was to have my own Habbo Hotel, a version of that for my self. I don't want a room in there, cause I already have that and a lot of what they call "furni". I want to make my own hotel so I can make millions, lol.

He's asking how he can make a similiar site so he can scam people out of their money to "buy" a virtual hotel room with furniture so they can chat. Those sites make no since. You can chat for free, you just cant be in a "cool flash-enabled hotel room"
To make a site like that you would have to have "uber" coding skills as well as hiring numerous accountants, assistants etc so that you wouldnt get arrested for fraud if you did something wrong.
